does anyone else hold onto dated magazines? an article bubble on a 2017 good housekeeping magazine cover caught my attention // “CHANGE YOUR LIFE IN 31 DAYS; How to Get More Energy, Sleep Better & Stress Less!” super cliché but who isn’t interested in changing their life. the “do diet” by erin bried can help you achieve a happy life. so in classic fashion (a bit late on both the post & the month), let’s see how much life can change in a single month. ohh in addition i plan on reading a chapter a day from the book of proverbs.
